About Us
The Mid Atlantic Beagle Club is a growing association of beagle owners who love to hear a good rumble inside the wire! We hold 8 point hunts a year, crowning a High Point Hound at the end of the season, and the top 15 beagles of the season receive awards. We give the top 20 dogs of each trial awards (males and females combined). We plan our hunts around the National Beagle On Fox event usally at the end of March and the International Beagle Trial. We have in place a 17in. rule and at anytime, any person attending one of our hunts can ask to have a dog measured to see if it is too tall (even if the dog has been measured before)! We welcome anyone to attend any trial we have, and love to see new faces!
